Supplies You Will Need:
- Measuring cup
- Baking sheet, half sheet size
- Cooling rack, 16 x 10 inches
- Parchment paper
- Pour spout
- 36 Pre-made tart shells
- Zester grater
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Sour cream
- Sugar
- Lemon juice
- Lemons(for lemon zest)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment and line out the pre-made tart shells.

In a medium bowl, combine the lemon juice, zest, sugar, eggs and sour cream. Mix until combined.


Transfer the filling to a measuring cup with a pour spout (or similar) and carefully fill each tart shell just below the top edge.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-24 minutes or until the filling is set. Allow to cool.
With a zester or grater, top with additional lemon zest to garnish.
