Unroll the pre-made pie crusts and use a biscuit cutter (3-inch round cutter) to cut out 28 rounds. Reroll scraps as needed and use a rolling pin to achieve the desired thickness.
Create the Filling
In a small dish, combine flour, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger.
Peel, core, and dice the large apple into tiny pieces.
