- Peel, core, and dice the large apple into tiny pieces.
- Add the diced apple, dry ingredients, and 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce to the mixture. Mix until well combined.



Assemble the Mini Pies
- Lay out 16 rounds of pie crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and water together. Using a pastry brush, brush the egg mixture on the edges of the pie crust rounds.
