Be cautious not to overheat the white chocolate as it can scorch and become unusable.
Dip the Nutter Butter cookies into the melted white chocolate, ensuring that about half of each cookie is covered. If it makes dipping easier, you can tip the bowl slightly. Place the dipped cookies on a sheet of parchment paper and allow them to set for approximately 10 minutes. Continue this process until all the Nutter Butter cookies are dipped.
Once the white chocolate coating has set on all the cookies, melt the dark chocolate.
