List of Supplies

  • Thick colored craft papers
  • Pencil
  • Craft glue
  • A pair of scissors

Instructions

Step 1:

Heart Bird Paper Craft Templates

Use thick colored craft papers for this craft, you can also use light-weight cardstock papers. Trace the template patterns on the selected cardstock or thick paper and cut out the traced patterns nicely.

Step 2:

Fold the double heart cutout

Take the double heart cutout and fold it in half along the middle of both heart shapes.

Step 3:

Glue the beak cutout

Glue the beak cutout near the top-edge of an open end of the top heart layer.

Step 4:

Glue legs near bottom end of heart card

Glue the 2 legs near the bottom end of the heart card. Glue the legs on the closed side of the heart card.

Step 5:

Fold small heart cutouts in half for the wings

Fold the 2 small heart cutouts in half for the wings.

Step 6:

Glue folded heart

Glue a folded heart in the middle of the top heart layer as the wing of the bird.

Step 7:

Glue the other folded heart adjacent to the first one to complete the wing pattern of the bird.

Step 8:

Complete the heart bird card

Glue the blush spot on the part near the beak and draw the eye between the beak and blush to complete the craft.
