Instructions:
Step 1:
Prepare the template patterns and select thick craft papers for this craft. The template includes patterns for the bat base, eye bases, mouth, fangs, wings, and ears.
Trace the base, outer ears, and outer wings on thick craft papers and you can prepare the rest of the patterns from regular craft papers.

Step 2:
Attach the inner ear cutouts to the outer ear cutouts. Use a sharpie to draw the eyes on the eye-base cutouts.

Step 3:
Attach the ear patterns on the top side of the bat base cutout (the round side).

Step 4:
Attach the eye cutouts to the base piece and fang cutouts to the mouth cutout.

Step 5:
Attach the inner wing cutouts to the outer wing cutouts.

Step 6:
Attach the wing patterns on both sides of the bat base pattern.

Step 7:
Join both wings nicely and evenly.

Step 8:
Take a piece of square paper (4”x4” should do).

Step 9:
Fold the square sheet in half, diagonally.

Step 10:
Fold up the left and right corners of the current pattern and join them with the middle, 90-degree corner.

Step 11:
Unfold the left and right corners.

Step 12:
Fold down the top corner of the top later. This will form a pocket.

Step 13:
Fold up the right corner again and tuck the top (open) half of it inside the pocket part.

Step 14:
Similarly, fold lock the left corner.

Step 15:
Attach the paper craft bat pattern to the triangle part of the origami bookmark to finish the craft.
