How To Make Easter Chick Handprint Craft
The best part of this easy Easter chick handprint craft is that you probably already have all of these basic materials. If you already have color paper, pencil, some color pens, tape and scissors, you’re ready to make this fun chick art without printing out any templates.
Materials
- 2 pieces of color paper: 1 yellow and 1 orange/red/brown
- Glue
- Pencil
- Red color pen
- Black color pen
- Clear tape
- Scissors
Instructions
1. Prepare all of the following materials you will need to make your Easter handprint chick craft.

2. Trace your preschooler’s handprint on the yellow color paper. Cut out the handprint shape.

3. Next, use the round circle of any tape and draw it on the yellow color paper using a pencil. Cut out the circle shape to use as the chick’s head.

4. Paste the circle shape on top of the handprint you prepared earlier.

5. Draw the outline of your chick’s feet on the darker color paper(orange, red or brown colors). Cut out the feet. Next, cut the corner of the same paper to use as chick’s beak.

6. Lastly, draw chick’s crown on the same color paper and cut it out.

7. Combine all of the elements to complete your Easter chick. Use a black pen or marker pen to draw chick’s eyes. You can also get creative by adding craft eyes on your chick for special effect. Lastly, add some color to your chick with a red color pen by drawing a red dot underneath its eyes.

8. Add some lines on chick’s wings just as below and there you have it! An easy yet fun chick handprint craft your preschoolers will love doing and beg you to redo over and over again!
