How To Make 4th Of July Paper Plate Wreath Craft
Step 1:

Select a paper plate for your wreath’s base. You can also use cardboard or cardstock if you prefer.
Step 2:

Cut out the middle part of the paper plate, leaving only the edges. This will create a ring-like shape for your wreath.
Step 3:

Use red paint to color stripes on one side of the plate. Then, grab some blue paint and color the other side. Leave a few empty spaces for that cool, rustic look.
Step 4:

Using the PDF templates and some colorful craft papers, cut out different shapes of stars — mainly using red, white, and blue shades.
Step 5:

Glue the smaller stars inside the larger stars to make cute layered stars!
Step 6:

Print out the bow and ribbon templates using blue and white craft papers. Use white paint and a cotton bud to add star-like dots onto the blue bow and ribbon pieces. Then, use red paint to draw vertical stripes on the white bow and ribbon pieces.
Step 7:

Glue the two ends of the bow together in the middle to create your bow shape. Then, glue the blue and white ribbons together.
Step 8:

First, glue the ribbons onto the back of the red-and-white striped bow.
Step 9:

Then, glue your small bow inside the big bow to layer it up and make it extra cute!
Step 10:

Take two pipe cleaners — one red, one blue.
Step 11:

Use any of the star templates to shape the pipe cleaners into adorable little star shapes.
Step 12:

First, glue your paper star cut-outs onto the wreath base.
Step 13:

Then, glue your bow right at the bottom center of the wreath base.
Step 14:

And finally, glue those cute little pipe cleaner stars on to finish your super festive 4th of July wreath!
